1) High purity helium is the lightest gas after hydrogen. It can replace hydrogen and be installed on spacecraft without causing fires or explosions.  

2) The boiling point of liquid helium is -269 ℃, making it the most difficult gas to liquefy. Using liquid helium can achieve extremely low temperatures close to absolute zero (-273.15 ° C).  

3) Helium is also used as artificial air for divers to breathe, rather than nitrogen, because in the open sea, breathing with regular air will dissolve more nitrogen into the bloodstream. As the diver rises from deep water, the body gradually returns to normal pressure, and nitrogen dissolved in the blood is released to form bubbles, blocking microvessels and causing "air blockage".
