Four commonly used analysis methods and their applicable ranges for standard gases

As the name suggests, VOC standard gas is the standard for measurement, so the accuracy of VOC standard gas is very important. After the preparation of a bottle of VOC standard gas, it must be analyzed and tested to ensure the accuracy of the VOC standard gas.

The most commonly used analytical methods currently include gas chromatography, trace water and trace oxygen analysis, chemiluminescence, and non dispersive infrared spectroscopy.

Chemiluminescence analysis is a novel analytical method with extremely high sensitivity (such as using chemical reactions of fluorescein, fluorescein alcohol, and adenosine triphosphate (ATP) to determine 2X10 "- L ATP), good selectivity, simple instrument, fast analysis speed (mostly within 1 minute), and a linear range of several orders of magnitude. It has been increasingly widely used in fields such as environment, life, and medicine.

Gas chromatography converts the concentration or mass of the separated components in the carrier gas into electrical signals. According to different detection principles, it can be divided into concentration type detectors and mass type detectors.

The scope of use of trace oxygen analyzers is also relatively wide: it can be used in industries such as steel, metallurgy, thermoelectric, petrochemical, chemical, coking, PVC, polysilicon, synthetic ammonia, etc.

As the name suggests, a trace water analyzer is an instrument used to detect water content. There are several measurement methods, including electrolysis, resistance capacitance, cold mirror, and fiber optic methods. The measuring cell is detachable and easy to maintain.
